Baltimore

This year we went to Baltimore for a family vacation. While we were there, we saw the Twins play the Orioles, we went down by the harbor, and visited the birthplace of Babe Ruth. We had a lot of fun, and to cap it off we went to Fort McInnly by way of water taxis. The day after the game, we decided to go down to the hotel where the Twins were staying at. Just as we were walking up to the door, guess who showed up. Johan Santana, Boof Bonser, Carlos Silva, and Scott Baker were just finishing up their morning run. We didn't quite get there in time to ask for autographs, but later at the Hard Rock Cafe, we saw Boof sit and eat only three tables away from us! After we were done, we waited outside for him. Once he came out, we were able to get his autograph. That night, we went to another Twins game, and we were able to get other autographs. This was an awsome vacation.

Baseball

This year's baseball schedule has been hectic at best. Sam and I have been playing on travel teams for most of the year, while Jack played In-House. It was fin, though. I was, for the most part, on teams with all of my friends. The only exception is the last team that I played on was mostly sophomores. I did have a few friends on my team, and it also made me better by playing with older kids. There is this very prestigious baseball camp run by Jim Wawruck, a retiered Oriole.This year was my second year going, and it was very fun. Over all, this year has been great as far as baseball goes.

This Year...

This year has been an exciting one. I have made many neew friends, tried many new things, and, most of all, I have played the most amount of baseball in my entire life. This years baseball schedule was from April to November. But, because it went so late into the year, I was not able to play football. Bummer! My druming has been going great so far. I am very pleased with my set. When I got it, I was doubtful whether it could take my harsh beating each week, and was pleasently surprised to find out that it can. I have upgraded my set very much, also. I have replaced all of my heads (skins that are hit on top of the drums) with new one, I have replaced my stands, and I replaced all of my cymbals, too.
